ODD10 – Poster & Exhibit Opportunities

Poster Submission Information

This workshop will hold a poster session on the evening of March 7 from 4:30PM to 6PM. Workshop participants are encouraged to contribute a poster in an area relevant to the workshop. Each participant can submit at most one poster for consideration. For a poster to be considered, please email an abstract of the poster (250 words at most) to James Polli at jpolli@rx.umaryland.edu by February 1, 2010. You will be notified of poster acceptance by February 8. Abstracts will be included in the workshop materials. Maximum poster size will be 3' x 6'.

 

Exhibit Opportunities

This workshop has two types of exhibit opportunities. Exhibit space is available during the above poster session on the evening of March 7 from 4:30PM to 6PM. Alternatively, week-long exhibit space is abailable from March 7-11. Potential exhibitors should contact Carrie Sini at csini@ddfint.org or (734) 663-4233 ext. 243.
